New Horizon

New Horizon started operation in September 2017. It’s a 15-bed facility in the City of Corona.

Our facility aims to provide top-notch care and support to individuals in need, delivering convenience to ensure our residents receive the highest level of care possible.

We serve Corona and nearby cities, such as Eastvale, Norco, Chino Hills, and Riverside.

We provide services such as:

• Assistance with all ADLs like showering, grooming, and incontinence care
• Medication management
• Healthy meals and snacks
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Continued personal care throughout the day
• Socials, creative activities, outings, daily exercises
• Visiting doctor every month and a podiatrist
• Birthday celebrations
